PVC Sheet Panels

The quality of this type of door system largely depends on the quality of the PVC sheet material used as the primary contact surface for traffic flowing through the door. As the global leader in flexible PVC production, we control the entire manufacturing process, from compounding to extrusion to fabrication. We adhere to strict quality control standards throughout the production process. We offer four types of PVC panels in various thicknesses (up to .394”) so we may offer the solution that best fits your application. Optional impact plates are also available for superior scratch resistance. We offer replacement panels to renew the appearance and performance of your swing door.

Hinge System

Clearway PVC Swing Doors employ a sturdy, durable galvanized steel hinge system designed to last in corrosive environments and provide a maintenance free solution. This door system features an automatic closing mechanism with an adjustable torsion spring. Strong aluminum arms frame and support the PVC sheet, while maintaining a low profile, allowing for safe and easy traffic flow. Installation is fast and easy. Just attach the pre-cut, pre-punched PVC panel to the hinge system and follow the simple step by step instructions. Our innovative hinge system design puts most of the door’s weight resting directly on the floor, allowing for trouble-free installation and years of maintenance-free service.
